1. Who we are and what this notice covers
RebelBuilt Work, LLC ("RebelBuilt," "we") runs the RebelBuilt platform at app.rebelbuiltwork.com and the website at rebelbuiltwork.com. Our affiliate RebelBuilt Work Rocky Mountains, LLC operates RebelBuilt locations in Colorado and collects some payments for us. This notice explains what information we collect about the businesses and people who use our platform and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
RebelBuilt does not sell personal information.
2. Information we collect

3. How we use it
We use the information in Section 2 to:
- Create and run your Membership, sign you in, and collect payments.
- Show you Listings, arrange tours, and match Operators with space.
- Prepare, sign, and administer Workspace Licenses, and issue access codes.
- Check insurance and screening documents and show the Verified Doer badge.
- Send account, billing, delivery, and location notices.
- Keep our locations and members safe, and investigate incidents.
- Understand demand for space and services so we can add locations and services.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers. These companies store or process information for us, under their own security and privacy terms:

Space Hosts. When you request a tour or a space, or hold a Workspace License, we share your business name, contact details, and the information the Space Host needs to decide on and manage your placement.
Other Members at your location. Your business name and your sign-up for shared bookings may be visible to other Members at the same location.
Partners. When you choose to sign up for a partner service, we share only what that sign-up requires.
Legal and safety. We disclose information when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or as part of a sale or reorganization of RebelBuilt's business.
5. Cookies and sign-in
The platform sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in. It lasts 30 days and restarts each time you visit. Signing out removes it. We do not use advertising cookies on the platform.
Embedded YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com, which YouTube describes as its privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube's own terms apply to a video once you play it.
6. Text messages and email
We send email from ops@rebelbuiltwork.com and text messages from (720) 994-8422 about your account, billing, deliveries, and your location. Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages. Account and billing notices continue by email while your Membership is active. We do not share your phone number with other companies for their marketing.
7. Retention and security

We limit access to member records to RebelBuilt team members who need it for their work. Sign-in uses one-time links instead of stored passwords. Each service provider in Section 4 protects data under its own security program.
8. Your choices and requests
Email ops@rebelbuiltwork.com to:
- Get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete your information, except records we keep under Section 7 for tax, legal, or safety reasons.
- Stop text messages or marketing email.
We confirm your identity from the email address on your account, and we respond within 45 days.
9. Children, changes, and contact
Children. The platform is for businesses and people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes. We post updates to this notice with a new date, and we email Members about material changes before they take effect.
